Job Title:
Web Administrative Assistant - NPM, Inc.
Purpose Statement:
To provide administrative support to the Web department, including written and oral communication, organization, and general coordination.
Reports to:
Web Director
Responsibilities:
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication and coordination skills are required. Experience with web technology is a plus. Key responsibilities include:
- Develop and maintain inter- and intra-departmental relations and communications.
- Provide customer support, technology solutions, and maintain relationships between Web Team and NPM ministries
- Maintain and coordinate the web team calendar including meetings, birthdays, anniversaries, vacation, and events
- Coordinate scheduled activities with various ministries
- Assist with web site and application support, including:
- Help manage site content updates
- Proactively monitor websites and manage date-sensitive assets
- Coordinate with NPM ministries regarding site content and design updates
- Maintain responsibility for key websites home page content
- Develop and report monthly summaries of financial and operating metrics
- Process vendor and contractor invoices for Web Department in a timely manner
- Provide support to the Web Director (managing calendar, processing reimbursements, and other projects)
- Attend NPM, Ministry Services Division, and Web meetings.
Work Schedule:
30-40 hours per week
Job Title:
Project Manager
Purpose Statement:
To support NPM ministries by managing projects related to web sites and software applications.
Reports to:
Web Director
Responsibilities:
The key responsibility of this position is to manage the full lifecycle of web projects originating from ministries at Browns Bridge Community Church, Buckhead Church, and North Point Community Church. These projects range in scope from minor enhancements to full-scale redesign and new initiatives. The majority of the work consists of communicating with ministry team members about their needs and wants, determining solutions, coordinating resources and assisting with implementation. This position requires a detail-oriented, organized individual who is able to work with various ministries and can understand and empathize with their mission and strategy, create and manage project schedules and budgets, and drive projects to successful completion. The candidate must demonstrate the ability to provide innovative and creative solutions and designs, capitalizing on the latest in web trends and technologies. This person will work in a collaborative environment with team members and contractors to help ensure that the products and services delivered by the web team are of the highest quality and consistency. Lastly, this person is expected to contribute to the team in areas such as process improvement, adherence to standards, and adoption of new technologies and strategies.
Excellent written and oral communication skills are required. Experience with web technology is a plus.

Job Title:
Administrative Assistant to Media Department
Purpose Statement:
To support and coordinate the daily needs and schedule of the Media Director
Reports to:
SPD Media Director
Responsibilities:
Media
- Manage Media Director's calendar
- Attend and take notes at all Media Department meetings
- Follow up with media requests from other departments
- Assist with departmental lunch meetings
- Process and submit all PO's and invoices
- Obtain all music and video sync licensing information
- Obtain all "Work for Hire" requests for outside contractors
- Provide support for producers' needs for video shoot
- Manage all miscellaneous media requests and track progress with Basecamp
- Answer emails and return phone calls regarding media information

- Prepare TenBefore creative boards for weekly meeting

North Point Resources

Work Schedule:
(25 hours a week - No Sunday responsibilities)
